Rose Mandala Breath Experience

Where: Rooftop on Bree, 170 Bree Street

When: Sunday, August 9 from 10.30am to 1.30pm.

Step away from the pace of everyday life and into a morning of restoration at the Rose Mandala Breath Experience. Led by Talitha Kotzé, the gathering will see 100 women come together on a rooftop in the heart of Cape Town for a guided Conscious Connected Breath ceremony.

Set beneath the African sky with Table Mountain as the backdrop, the experience centres around a living rose mandala created from flowers, prayers and shared intentions. The event is designed to encourage deep rest, connection and reflection.

Women's Day High Tea Affair at Moyo Kirstenbosch

Where: Moyo Kirstenbosch, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden

When: Saturday, August 8

Celebrate Women's Day with an afternoon of elegance surrounded by one of Cape Town's most beautiful gardens. Guests will be treated to a welcome glass of Method Cap Classique, a premium high tea and live classical and contemporary string performances.

Entry to Kirstenbosch is included through Gate 1, while the best-dressed guest will walk away with a special prize, making it the perfect excuse to dress up and celebrate.

Women's Day Pilates Sculpt & Coffee

Women's Day Outdoor Yoga

Where: Company's Garden

Hosted by Iziko Museums, this free outdoor yoga session invites women to reconnect with themselves through mindful movement in the peaceful surroundings of the Company's Garden.

Registration is required, and visitors can also purchase a commemorative Iziko yoga mat and water bottle to remember the experience.

Edgars House of Beauty Masterclasses
