Open garden for St Luke’s Hospice

The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa in Constantia will open its gardens to the public on Sunday November 24 for a fund-raiser in aid of St Luke’s Hospice.

The gardens are spread across nine acres and boast views of the Table Mountain range; rolling lawns, flowers in full bloom, water features and several ponds; herb, vegetable and citrus gardens; a rose garden and a small vineyard

In a shady forest section, there are camphor trees dating back 300 years.

The gardens will be open between from 11am to 5pm. Tickets may be bought on arrival for a donation of R100 that includes a cup of tea and a scone, to be served on the shaded terrace or Hohenort lawns. Entry is free for children under 12.
