Concert for seniors

Jayson King will host the third concert for seniors on Wednesday October 9.

Veteran producer Jayson King has started producing special morning shows for seniors with the next concert taking place on Wednesday October 9 the Belthorn Hall at Turfhall Stadium, at 11am.

Joining Mr King will be Gakeem Roman, Cass Isaacs, Giempie Vardien, Niesa Abrahams, who returns by public demand, and Kashifa Blaauw.

Mr King, who has been in show business for 64 years, says all cast members are household names and draw an excited audience wherever they perform. “I am proud that this is going to be a high energy concert with the cast going down memory lane and also singing romantic ballads.”

They will sing songs by Gloria Gaynor, Frank Sinatra, Shirley Bassey and Tina Turner among others.

Doors will open at 10am and all guests will be treated to koeksiesters, coffee and tea.
