A new comedy cabaret, OUMA en die ou KOEIE set to delight audiences, will take to the stage at the Suidoosterfees at the Cape Town Civic Centre on Friday, May 1, offering a humorous look at memory, ageing and the stories we tell ourselves.
The production, directed and written by Jurgen Human, features Coenraad Rall on piano.
The show explores how memories shift over time — often reshaped to suit the present. From half-truths that grow into firm beliefs, to fleeting moments that become romanticised over the years, the cabaret unpacks the way people remember their lives.
The performance forms part of the Suidoosterfees programme and will be staged at 9:30am.
Tickets are available through Webtickets.
