Two-time GRAMMY Award-winning singer and songwriter Tyla has announced The A*POP World Tour in support of her sophomore album, APOP*, with South African fans set to enjoy two homecoming performances in early 2027.
Presented locally by Showtime Management and Anything Goes, the South African leg of the tour will kick off at Green Point Track in Cape Town on Monday, January 4, 2027. It will be followed by a performance at the Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg, on Tuesday, January 9, 2027.
The 34-date global tour begins in Paris on Monday, October 12, before travelling across Europe and the United Kingdom. The North American leg starts in November and includes performances in cities such as Chicago, Boston, Brooklyn and Las Vegas, before Tyla heads to Africa for selected shows, including Lagos, and concludes the tour in South Africa.
The tour follows Tyla's We Wanna Party Tour in 2025, which featured sold-out performances across Asia, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa. It also marks her first full headline tour spanning Europe, North America, the UK and Africa.
Released on Monday, July 24, APOP* features 14 tracks, including the hit singles Chanel, Is It, She Did It Again and Is It Love.
The events are open to fans aged six years and older, although an adult must accompany minors.
