Ster-Kinekor, in partnership with the V&A Waterfront, has brought back the drive-in option for an outdoor movie experience.
The drive-in cinema will consist of a LED outdoor movie screen, and visitors can use their car radio to tune into the FM radio frequency for sound.
The ticket price will be a flat rate of R250 a car for new releases and R220 a car for older films.
The drive-in is limited to private passenger vehicles only and one passenger per seat.
An addition of R100 will include snacks of popcorn and sodas delivered in sealed bags for health and safety purposes.
The snacks can be pre-purchased online with a ticket and will be ready for collection at the venue.
Screening are scheduled on Saturdays at 3pm and 7pm, Sundays at 2pm and 6pm as well as Thursdays and Fridays at 7pm throughout the festive season.
Details on the movie line-ups will be posted on the Sterkinekor website.
