The Cape Town Holocaust and Genocide Centre will have a special screening of Birds are singing in Kigali at the centre in Hatfield Road on Tuesday July 16, at 6pm. The film explores a bitter-sweet story of resilience and healing, beginning in 1994 when a Polish ornithologist doing research in Rwanda saves a young Tutsi woman after her family is murdered in the genocide. Entry is free but RSVP to Dianne on 021 462 5553 or admin@holocaust.org.za
