The One&Only Reaching for the Young Stars 2021 Chef of the Year, Jadon Lee Harilall of District Six.
The awards for the 11th instalment of the cooking competition was held at the One&Only hotel last Thursday, September 2.
Mr Harilall will travel to Cape Cod in the USA to work at Winslow’s Tavern for a five-month internship.
The Pastry Chef of the Year, Saudiqah Gelandt, of Kraaifontein,will do a three-month internship at Château La Creuzette in Boussac, France.
