Good Life Show fosters sustainable living and eating

The Good Life Show took place over the weekend at the Cape Town International Convention centre. The conference features new, innovative and plant-based, natural and organic, free-from and sustainable living food, drink and lifestyle products. There were also culinary talks by celebrity chefs, top nutritionists, dieticians, health, and sustainability experts, lots of sample food tastings, master classes and cooking demonstrations.
