Members of the Bridgetown-based Unity Sports Club for the Disabled were among the top winners at the weekend's Western Province Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (WPSAPD) awards presentation at Vista Nova School, in Rondebosch. Twelve club members were selected to represent the province at last month's national championships in Gqeberha with Unitie's Our cerebral palsy soccer team winning gold and four of its athletes collecting two silver and two bronze medals.
